Fees and Insurance
 
All professional fees are due at the time service is provided. For your convenience, payment can be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Novus Clinic participates in most insurance programs, however it is your responsibility to know your exact benefits and plan restrictions. Please call your insurance provider prior to scheduling your appointment to become familiar with your insurance benefits package.
 
Statements
 
Please note when you receive your statement from our office or your explanation of benefits from your insurance carrier; it will state System Optics, which represents the name of our parent company.
